Responsibilities:nEnsure the showroom and dispatch room’s are tidy and samples kept in pristine condition, clearing the returns rail/box throughout the day.nOrganization of sample movement to correct locations, ensuring couriers are given the correct send outs and are labelled correctly. Communicating to the executive when samples have been collected and returned.nReceiving all boxes and packages on behalf of PURPLE. All team members are notified about their deliveries via email.nSupport Logistics Supervisor in upkeep of courier and delivery documents, ensuring all tracking numbers, send-outs and deliveries are recorded appropriately.nSupport reception with ad hoc tasks and appointments

Requirements:nDemonstrate solid understanding of and ongoing interest in beauty, fashion and lifestylenAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines. Excellent prioritising and time management as well as attention to detailnComputer skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPointnExtremely well-organised, methodical, and efficient, with strong initiative.nExcellent organisational and time management skills with an aptitude for multi-taskingnA good understanding of the social media landscape, current trends and topical influencers
