The role of Shipping Team Lead will be responsible for the following areas:
Responsible for and having ownership of onward delivery processes
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the shipping department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all shipments
Ensuring all shipments are compliant with export controls
Transparent updates to support revenue recognition
Troubleshoot and resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies
Providing training and support to direct reports in the team
Ensuring up to date reports on all shipments across the business

Understanding of product shipment procedures including awareness of Incoterms 
Previous experience leading or mentoring a team
Knowledge of Letters of Credit
Strong knowledge of shipping processes, procedures, and best practices

Ability to work in a high growth and  entrepreneurial environment
Advanced knowledge of Excel/Word (VLOOKUP essential)
