WHETHER YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A MULTI SKILLED TUTOR ALREADY OR HAVE SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE ACROSS THE CONSTRUCTION TRADES AS A TRADESPERSON AND WANT TO BECOME A TUTOR, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU
LOCATION: THETFORD, NORFOLK
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED:
* The ability to teach your trade as a Multi-skilled personnel
* Minimum 5 years of trade experience
* A full teaching qualification at Level 4-5 or above or equivalent (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTTLS) or _willingness to work towards_
* Experience working with hard-to-reach learners/ apprentices.
* Experience dealing with challenging situations.
* Experienced in offering Advice & Guidance.
* A mentor and role model to others.
