Salary: £17,141.03 4 days (FTE £23,997)

The Role:
As the Reception/Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact at our Head Office, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for visitors and callers. Alongside reception duties, you’ll provide vital administrative support to the Facilities and Administration Coordinator, assisting with tasks from office management to referrals and data analysis.
Main Duties:
- Reception & Front of House: Greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing centralised mailboxes.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with referrals, data input, and meeting coordination.
- Health & Safety: Supporting office maintenance and catering arrangements for meetings and events.
- General Office Support: Managing office supplies, filing, document preparation, and maintaining systems.
- HR & Finance Assistance: Supporting HR and Finance with administrative duties, including managing records and responding to finance queries.
About You:
We’re seeking someone with strong organisational and communication skills, who can take initiative and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Essential Skills:
- Strong organisational and planning abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
