Are you a seasoned Site Manager / Project Manager with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical? Our client is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the M&E package of a large-scale residential project in Gosport, Hampshire. This is a high-profile 12-month project with a budget exceeding £12 million, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver excellence.
You must have mechanical and electrical management experience and have worked on high end, large scale residential projects.
This is a client facing role, so you will be involved in meeting with the clients, design teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the M&E package of a large residential project.
* Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within the allocated budget.
* Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and onsite teams.
* Implement and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
* Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager with specific expertise in Mechanical & Electrical - across high value projects in the residentail or the commercial sector.
* Strong track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects.
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Solid understanding of construction processes, regulations, and standards.
* Qualification in Mechanical or elelectrical, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
