About the role of AC Engineer
You will be assigned and covering all Reactive Maintenance and Remedial Works on AC units, Mechanical and HVAC Services. This will be for a large residential site of high rise luxery aprtment buildings.
Shift - 4 on 4 off - Days are 7am-7pm/Nights are 7pm-7am
Responsibilities for the AC Engineer
Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks
Repair HVAC Plant and Associated Systems to a high standard
Repairs on AC units
Undertake installation, alteration and repairs to pipework systems as needed.
Undertake repairs to pumps within the workshop, including replacement of Mechanical Seals and other common causes of pump failure.
BMS and Control Systems associated with Mechanical Plant and Equipment to assist fault diagnosis and correct set up.Requirements for Mechanical Engineer
NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 - Plumbing, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning 6187
3-5 years experience in a similar field
