Currently seeking a talented and experienced Smart Systems Lead Installation Engineer to join its team. The selected candidate will work closely with our Smart Systems Installation Manager & Design & Development team in delivering our bespoke smart products/solutions to our customers. As a Smart Systems Lead Installation Engineer , you will be responsible for the installation of our bespoke products on customer sites under the supervision of a Smart Systems Installation Manager.

Meet Conqora, Smart Technology Solution for Hospitality by KCP Network:

Responsibilities

  • Working with assigned project managers and programmers in providing complete, fully functional integrated audio-visual systems
  • Install our bespoke new systems and technology
  • Inspect and test material and machinery for safety
  • Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
  • Be part of the installation, testing, and commissioning of smart systems and automation solutions and resolve onsite malfunctions
  • Provide technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Support Smart Systems Installation Manager with documentation
  • Support Smart Systems Installation Manager with customer training
  • Support Smart Systems Installation Manager with site surveys and assessments when needed

Requirements

  • Understanding of installing and commissioning assigned projects for the Advanced Visual Systems and Television Network
  • Hands-on experience in installing smart systems
  • An understanding of systems integration techniques (Integration via IP protocols, Serial, ZigBee, or IR)
  • Understand audio DSP units, basic IP network, HDbaseT Technology
  • Understanding of safety guidelines
  • Happy to travel to customer sites and occasionally come to the office when needed, e.g. pick up equipment/tools
  • Full Clean, Valid UK Driving License
  • Right to Work in the UK
