Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Plasterer to join our team, based in Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas within the Wirral. We're proud to employ the most talented, driven individuals within the property services sector.Responsibilities for this Multi Trade Plasterer role are:Undertaking full house re-plastering and diagnosing plaster patching in small areasIdentifying and rectifying plaster defects, ensuring all necessary pre and postpreparation of works are carried outLiaising with customers when arranging and carrying out work, having full regard to their needs and working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches and calculations using measuring equipmentWhat we are looking for in our ideal Multi Trade Plasterer:Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).Experience of working as a Multi Trade Plasterer. Competent in all aspects of the Plasterer trade discipline. Plastering and tiling for bathroom & wetroom replacements experience within social housing. Ability to carry out multi tradetrades, and core Joinery/Tiling. A current driving licence is essential.
