Maintenance of Bank Accounts and Cashflow within the group.
Manage credit card payment system.General Role:
Responsible for proactively building key relationships and acting as a business partner to several areas across the business, ensuring that there is transparency and a thorough understanding of the cost base.
Month end routines including commentary, analysis, accruals, prepayments & reconciliation for your areas of responsibility.
Budget preparation
Quarterly VAT returns
Nominal Ledger reconciliations
Ad hoc project work and analysis as required.
Communicate effectively both internally at all levels, and externally with customers.
Willingness to take ownership of problems and follow through to completion. Knowledge, skills & experience required (Essential):
Good knowledge of financial skills to cover most of the required tasks.
Strong Excel skills
High level of accuracy

Good organisation and prioritisation skills
Positive outlook and highly motivatedKnowledge, skills & experience required (Desirable):
The candidate should be qualified to AAT or completed level 1 ACCA or CIMA and looking to complete their studies while working.
The candidate will have more than two-years relevant experience of all areas of finance and be familiar with assisting in preparation of accounts.
