Co-ordinating an end to end Service Assurance (Service Design and Transition) process. You will be responsible for work ensuring that new and changed IT Services have a complete Service Design Package, and that it meets the agreed Service Transition and Operational Readiness measures, which includes creation of artefacts such as runbooks, configuration of ITIL service support processes, support and RACI models, Disaster Recovery plans, and the completion of knowledge transfer.
If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK
Experience of co-ordinating/managing Service Design and Service Transition activities for new and changed servicesnExperience of collaborating with stakeholders to successfully onboard all new and changed solutions delivered into the production environmentnDemonstrable understanding of Availability Management, Capacity Management and Information and GovernancenUnderstanding of ITILnExperience of project delivery and working within a governance frameworknExperience of security system implementations preferred
