Our client is a leading contractor renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the Central Belt and Scotland. With a portfolio of prestigious projects and a strong pipeline, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in leading all commercial aspects of our Clients projects. This includes cost control, change management, risk management, and cost value reconciliations. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in delivering complex MEP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Your expertise will guide procurement, cost control, change management, risk management, and cost-value reconciliations.
Work closely with the Clients project leads and report to the regional commercial manager.
Empower a talented team, including junior Quantity Surveyors, leveraging your strong negotiation and communication skills.What You Bring:
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional membership with RICS or equivalent.
Extensive experience in quantity surveying within the M&E sector.
Proven track record in managing the financial aspects of M&E projects.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control.
