Trainee Recruitment Consultant

IN2 Consult is currently hiring for a Trainee recruitment consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will be working on a warm desk and has excellent opportunities to bill from the very begining. IN2 Consult is a best in class financial recruitment agency that has been around for 7 years now and is looking to scale
Job Duties:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for clients, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends to clients.
Negotiate terms of business and contracts with clients.
Work closely with candidates to understand their career goals and match them with suitable job opportunities.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
Manage candidate offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the database.
Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
Demonstrable track record of successful placements and client management.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practises and employment legislation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Knowledge of market trends and industry developments.
Desirable
Experience in headhunting and executive search.
Experience in a specific industry sector finance
Working Conditions:
This role may require occasional travel to client sites. The working hours are typically Monday to Friday
