My client are a leading UK AI company headquartered in London. They have a world class, international team of talented engineers and researchers and have raised significant attention on their technologies and products.
They are looking for someone who can be integral to their cloud security within a cutting-edge Azure environment, in order to satisfy their risk appetite and compliance objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Taking ownership of the development/implementation of cloud security strategies that exceed various compliance requirements.
- Assessing and enhancing the business' security standards - Identifying vulnerabilities, best practices and deploying advanced security feature.
- Advising a wider team on best practices in security within Azure. You will be looked at as a key figure for guidance in building a culture of security awareness and competence across all divisions of the business that utilise Azure.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Essential
● Ideally 6 + years working as a Security, Networking, SRE, DevOps or Software engineer.
● At least 2/3 years working within an Azure environment
● Experience in Azure Public Cloud Security.
● Experience working with Terraform.
● Experience working with and securing VMs and containerised workloads in Azure.
Desirable
● Experience with the Azure defender for cloud product suite.
● Experience with basic Networking.
● Experience with basic scripting.
● Experience of taking ownership, tracking and explaining their own cloud expenditure.
● Azure certifications
