We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a carpenter multi based in North West London.
Day to Day duties of a Carpenter Multi:
Carpentry: Skirting, hang doors
1st/2nd fix carpentry
Doors
Locks
Kitchen fitting
Reactive maintenance
Plastering: Patch plastering
Painting and decorating e.g. small paint jobs
Plumbing: Tap changes, and minor plumbing repairs
UPVC: Repair of windows and door locks
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Multi Trader:
Experience in domestic properties
Good social skills
Good customer service
Driving License
