The Role

This is a rare opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a growing Top 50 firm based in Birmingham.

The team handles a range of defendant claims for a variety of insurer and non-insurer clients. This includes motor, EL/PL, equestrian, and cross-border claims. This role will primarily focus on EL / PL / OL claims for major institutions.

The team covers every aspect of a claim, including liability investigations, policy coverage assessments, quantum assessments for all levels of fast and multi-track claims and much more.

You will enjoy high levels of client contact, building your own reputation in becoming the clients “go to” trusted advisor.

Requirements :

  • You will be a qualified solicitor 2-5 PQE
  • Previous experience managing complex Personal Injury matters at a reputable firm
  • You will have an eye for detail, and be motivated to join a heavy-hitting practice
  • You will be commercially minded and driven to succeed
