The Role: We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Cover Supervisor Teacher to lead classes from Reception to Year 6. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive learning atmosphere, ensuring that all students feel valued and motivated. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and engaging students during lessons and activities.
* Implementing pre-set lesson plans while adapting to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
* Supporting SEN students with tailored strategies to help them succeed.
* Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity and high standards of education.
* Encouraging a culture of respect, resilience, and cooperation among students.
