Operate specialist manufacturing machinery in a high-tech environment
Follow defined work procedures and processes
Work according to lean manufacturing principles
Set up machinery, assist with preventative maintenance, and ensure process quality controls are in place
Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
Work towards agreed production targets
Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineers, other technicians, and team leaders
Run reports, conduct tests, and record data on spreadsheets
Help identify defects or failures within the manufacturing process, working to ISO 9001 quality procedures Who You Are:
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Technician, ideally ONC, HND, or NVQ qualified (or equivalent), with a strong educational background in Maths, Engineering, or Science-related subjects.
You have solid experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
Detail-oriented and committed to working to high standards
Proficient in software programmes and capable of learning new technology
Able to work towards production targets and adhere to maintained processes
Possess a good level of spoken and written English and are comfortable working with engineers and managers across the company
