Salaries:

  • QA Administrator Release: Up to £36,000 per annum
  • Quality Assurance Administrator Eng: Up to £36,000 per annum

Available Positions:

QA Administrator Release

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ISO 13485 quality system and CE certification.
  • Oversee product release, repair logging, and complaint management.
  • Manage documentation control and ensure QMS changes are implemented.
  • Support quality procedures with supply chain partners and assist with audits.
  • Handle post-market surveillance and customer tracking related to product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 2-5 years’ experience in ISO quality systems (medical devices).
  • Experience with device release and batch release.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.


Quality Assurance Administrator Eng

Responsibilities:

  • Support interactions with Product Engineering and R&D teams.
  • Manage design control and review quality documentation for new and existing products.
  • Oversee documentation control within the QMS and technical files.
  • Assist in managing release processes for subcontract production devices.
  • Ensure timely completion of quality audit actions.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 1-5 years experience in ISO quality systems for medical devices.
  • Knowledge of design control, ISO 10993, and ISO 11135.
  • Degree in physics, chemistry, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with eQMS systems and strong organizational skills.
