As the business continues to scale, they are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join their Head Office in Newry, South Down. Top 3 Things to Know About This Job:1️⃣ Newly created leadership role with genuine scope to shape strategy and culture2️⃣ Competitive salary, bonus, pension, and health benefits3️⃣ Values-led company with an ambitious growth agenda The Role: Lead the development and implementation of the People & Culture strategy aligned to business goals Partner with senior management to provide expert advice and coaching on all HR matters Review and modernise HR policies, processes, and systems (BambooHR) to ensure best practice Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage HR analytics and reporting, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making Oversee employee relations, ensuring consistency, fairness, and legislative compliance Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Support leadership capability through coaching, development, and cultural alignment Partner on strategic projects including DEI, talent management, and organisational design The Person: CIPD Level 5 qualified (minimum) or equivalent third-level HR qualification Minimum 5 years' generalist HR experience, including 2 years at senior management level Strong working knowledge of UK (NI/ROI) employment law and HR best practice Experience with HR systems, analytics, and reporting Strategic thinker with excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated success in driving cultural and organisational change Desirable: CIPD Level 7 / Chartered Membership Coaching or DEI qualification Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site environments The Reward: Competitive salary based on experience Newry, South Down 30-39 hours per week 28 days holiday pro rata (including stats & Christmas shutdown) Contributory pension scheme (after 3 months) Health benefit scheme (after 6 months) Annual workplace bonus scheme Employee assistance programme Health & wellbeing programme Free onsite parking Branded clothing & staff kitchen (free tea, coffee, fruit, etc.) Regular social events and access to training seminars Next Steps: To explore this People & Culture Business Partner role in confidence, contact Stephanie Mulholland at Hunter Savage.
