About the role:
Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to make a difference in a vibrant primary school in Barnet? This full-time, long-term position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your teaching career in a supportive and dynamic environment. With competitive daily rates of £160-£210, you will be guiding year 5 students on their educational journey, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Join our passionate team and embark on a rewarding teaching adventure starting September 2024. The chosen candidate must be able to completely commit to the role as continuity is key.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Ability to plan, teach, and effectively assess a range of pupils, including those working below the national curriculum level.
• Ability to manage, motivate and inspire children and to be creative.
• Ability to plan for and manage a team of support staff.
• Ability to liaise with multi-professionals.
• Experience in assessing child development and planning activities to support their ongoing attainment and growth.
• Able to commit for the duration of the placement.
• Creative and dynamic in their approach to teaching and learning.
• Honest and compassionate.
• Happy to complete training to further develop their knowledge and understanding in education.
• DBS checked or happy to complete one.
