Senior Technical Manager

Do you have experience of new build housing and are looking for your next career move?
Sphere Solutions is working in partnership with a residential developer to secure a Technical Manager to join their Cornwall-based team, offering design and technical management on a range of housing schemes. You will have a background in Architecture / Design management of residential schemes and take the lead on managing the design and approval of projects from planning stages through to completion. With an emphasis on pre-construction, which will include planning conditions, environmental impact and financial budgets.
This role is very much hands-on and a 360-approach includes feasibility, reviewing core house types/design, management of external consultants, planning applications, specifications and ensuring design reviews during the construction phases.
Design / Technical management experience direct for a housing developer or in Architectural practice with a minimum 5 years’ experience
* Full Driving Licence as sites will be across county.
55,000 + car allowance, bonus and flexible working in place.
