**Key Responsibilities:**
- Advisor Support: Provide comprehensive support to one financial advisor, including preparing financial plans and reports.
- Client Interaction: Assist in maintaining client relationships and ensuring a high level of service.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on financial products and market conditions to support client advice.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and compliant documentation and record-keeping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the advisor and other team members to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
**Key Requirements:**
- Level 4 qualification in financial planning or above.
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner in a financial services environment.
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with financial planning software and tools.
