Keep reading, because at NX "Words we live by" guide everything we do.Requirements Solution DesignSupport the design and optimization of warehouse layouts and processes: Assist in translating customer requirements and data into efficient, practical warehouse solutions under guidance from a senior logistics engineer Help analyze customer flows and operational data: Work with inbound and outbound flow information to identify patterns and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency Assist in presenting findings and proposals: Contribute to clear and structured presentations for site management and customers, aligned with senior engineer recommendations. Turn insights into action: Support the commercial phase by gathering and processing cost elements (labour, investment, IT, etc.), assisting with price setting, and participating in customer meetings alongside sales and site teams ImplementationSupport the development of project plans for new contracts: Help define timelines, milestones, and team responsibilities as part of a multidisciplinary project team Assist in implementing projects: Coordinate tasks and track progress with guidance, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across functions: Work closely with senior logistics engineers, sales, site managers, and external partners to support smooth project execution Prepare progress reports and monitor project performance: Assist in producing updates, basic cost analyses, and budget overviews for internal and external stakeholders InnovationContribute to innovation through technology and process improvements: Support trials of new technologies, such as automated guided vehicles, co-bots, and administrative automation, and help include these ideas in proposals Identify opportunities for operational improvement: Assist in reviewing current workflows, suggesting ideas for improvement, and sharing insights with the logistics community under guidance What You BringKnowledge and experience: Degree in Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Logistics Management, a valid driving licence, and at least 1 year of relevant experience Data and Excel proficiency: Advanced Excel skills supported by strong analytical thinking Project support capability: Reliable organisation, structured task tracking, and consistent deadline management Cross-functional communication: Strong English skills to work with teams across regions and maintain professional customer interactions Adaptability and curiosity: Openness to new technologies and comfort working in a dynamic logistics environment Problem-solving mindset: High attention to detail paired with strong analytical and problem-solving skills BenefitsBuild a strong career: Permanent role at a leading global logistics company.Supportive team: Friendly colleagues ready to get you up to speed fast.Kickstart your career: Permanent position in a leading international logistics firm.Grow with us: Permanent position at a global logistics leader.
