Job Title: Factory Worker
Location: Eastbourne
Pay: £11.92p/h - Weekly Pay
Start Date: Thursday 15th August
Work Type: Temporary (Possibility to go permanent) Hours: ( Must be able to work following rotating shift pattern )
WEEK 1: Mon - Fri 2pm-10pm
WEEK 2: Mon - Fri 6am-2pm
WEEK 3: Sun- Thur10pm-6amHRGO Recruitment are seeking a skilled and efficient Factory Operative to join our clients factory based in Eastbourne. As a Factory Worker you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
Skills and attributes
Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Basic IT Literacy Skills
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
Follow production schedules and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Good attendance and timekeeping
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to the supervisor
Must be able to work in a team and independently
