As an Oncology Sister/Charge Nurse, you'll:
Lead a team of experienced SACT nurses.
Provide safe, holistic, and individualised patient care.
Identify potential emergencies and manage patients during their treatment.
Support and develop your team through performance appraisals.

Current NMC Nurse registration.
Post-registration experience in haematology or oncology.
Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment passport/experience.
Experience with the UKONS Triage Tool.
Ability to manage oncological emergencies.
Comprehensive knowledge of systemic anti-cancer treatments.
Leadership and team management experience.
