Your role as a Trading Manager


As a Trading Manager you will use data to determine the growth strategies of cities across the UK and play a key role in helping us to grow the business enhance our market position.

Reporting into the Operations Director, your journey will involve reviewing operational KPI’s, evaluating competitive landscapes, highlighting opportunities, developing and executing innovative strategies plans to grow Veezu cities.


Responsibilities


  • Analyse city performance to understand city dynamics and determine opportunities to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
  • Develop and implement trading strategies that capitalise on market insights and drive business growth.
  • Create and optimise processes to increase growth, improve efficiency or reduce cost across cities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of trading strategies and initiatives. Providing regular reports on performance trends, opportunities and challenges.
  • Providing feedback to internal departments on how to improve service delivery to passengers and driver partners.
  • Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.
