Responsibilities within your new role as Assistant Restaurant Manager
* Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operation of the venue.
* Act as the Manager's deputy in their absence.
* Conduct staff training sessions and mentor new team members.
* Handle customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
* Supervise restaurant staff to maintain high standards of performance.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are seeking candidates with previous senior-level experience in a restaurant environment, a strong dedication to hospitality and outstanding customer service, a drive and ambition to advance within our client’s organisation, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
