Duties & Responsibilities:
Setting out groundworks, roads, drainage, landscaping on residential projects
Use AutoCAD & Robotic equipment
Able to obtain drawings, notify any changes.
Ensure all work is undertaken to the current drawings and specification.
Ensure setting out is undertaken in accordance with the method statement and risk assessment.
Help with the quality assurance (QA) checks, reports and files. Key Skills/Qualifications Required:
Degree in Civil Engineering (not essential)
3 - 4 years minimum experience in groundworks working for a groundworks sub-contractor.
Good level of communication skills
Previous experience in residential groundworks, roads & sewers, 278 works, infrastructure
Self-Motivator
Attention to detail and great organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Package And Benefits:
