We have an amazing opportunity for you to work as a full-time Chef to join our hardworking and welcoming team in Livingston, EH54 . You will be part of a dedicated logistics team providing innovative and first-class solutions

*This is an ongoing opportunity and will not be for a limited period*

As a Chef, you will get £14.00 p/h.

What hours will you work as a Chef?

You will be working 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am until 17:00pm with occasional weekends during peak periods.

Your role as a full time Chef:

  • Preparing food
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, managers,
  • Work independently with minimal oversight and complete task with honesty and integrity
  • Ensure food and other products are consistently prepared and served according to the kitchen process, recipes, portioning, and cooking
  • Ensure food safety cleanliness and sanitation standard followed

Requirements:

  • Must hold Food Safety level 3 or above
  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience assisting in the kitchen
  • Great knowledge about food health and safety regulations
  • Able to stand for an extended period
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in a team
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Expert in quantity cooking
