Due to an increasing portfolio of systems and a maturing culture of agility, we have an exciting new opportunity within the software development team for a talented Systems Software Engineer / .Net Developer.
The Systems team delivers best-in-class systems solutions within an Agile SCRUM/DevOps working framework to support key areas of the business such as R&D, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Third-Party Manufacturing groups. The team delivers end-to-end solutions from bespoke embedded firmware to database design and data analytics/reporting tools within a highly regulated environment.
Key role responsibilities include:
* Helping product owners define technical requirements.
* Developing software solutions (C#) in line with agreed priorities.
* Managing and updating the DevOps sprint backlog.
* Actively participating in all SCRUM ceremonies.
* Collaborating with other engineers in managing the 'Business As Usual' backlog.
We are looking for an enthusiastic C# .Net developer with a passion for software engineering. You will need previous experience gained in a Test-Driven Development working environment/methodology and be able to demonstrate experience in delivering software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a systems engineering team delivering software in a regulated environment such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automotive, etc., but this is not essential
