Our client is a rapidly expanding organisation with a focus on smart buildings achieved by utilising innovative technologies and solutions. As a group, they can provide end-to-end solutions for how a building is controlled to reduce energy consumption while retaining comfort levels for occupants.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to work within the operations, sales, and engineering function of a rapidly growing business. work closely both the senior management team and engineers. You will also interact with the other Divisions of the Group and will be an integral member of the team helping to provide structure around all our commercial activities.

Main Duties:

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of smart building, IoT, and automation systems.nProject management: Proven experience in end-to-end project management, strong organisational and multitasking skillsnCommunication: Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholdersnLeadership: Experience leading cross-functional teamsnRegulatory compliance: Familiarity with building codes and safety standardsnRisk management: Proactive identification and mitigation of project risksnVendor and budget management: Selection and management of vendors. Budget creation, monitoring, and cost controlnIntegration expertise: Understanding of technology integration and interoperability.nProblem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.nStakeholder Engagement: building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.nSustainability awareness: Knowledge of sustainable building practicesnAdaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.nDocumentation: Thorough documentation of project plans and progress reportsnQuality Assurance: Implementation of quality assurance processes

The role would suit a tenacious person who has excellent inter person and organisational skills with a focus to deliver a high standards of customer satisfaction to both your internal and external customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

Project Management/Engineering experience within building automation.nExperience within construction would be advantageous.nProficiency in project management principles and processes.nStrong financial acumen encompassing cost analysis, forecasting, and variance.nEffective cross-functional communication skills, collaborating seamlessly with program teams and sponsors.
