Role
* Managing the delivery of internal, external refurbishment and maintenance schemes on residential properties
* Delivering a project from start to finish
* Managing a variety of trades and sub contractors
* Ensuring deadlines are achieved.
* Maintain Health and Safety at all times.
* Complete site paperwork and keep information up to date.
Person specification
* You must have worked on Property Services refurbishment schemes
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Worked for a reputable main contractor.
* Good with relevant paperwork and documentation as well as competent IT ability
* Have relevant certificates, CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid.
* Ideally have a Construction trade background, worked as an RLO or Site Supervisor
* Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
