Bodyshop Administrator required in Newport
Starting hourly rate of up to £11.44 per hour.
20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, Flexible on timing of hours but ideally 10:00am to 2:00pm or around this.
Great opportunity with a reputable local dual-site bodyshop Our client, a multi-site automotive car dealer group, are currently looking to recruit an experienced and professional Bodyshop Administrator to join their busy vehicle bodyshop in Newport.
 
As a Bodyshop Administrator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Welcoming customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Booking vehicles in for repair.
Answering calls and updating customers on vehicles repair process. It is essential to our client that the successful Bodyshop Administrator will have very strong organisational and IT skills. Current or recent experience as a Customer Service Advisor would be highly advantageous and working experience within the automotive industry would be desirable, but is not essential. Another desire of our clients is that you hold working experience with the Autoflow system, however this is not essential as full training on this will be provided. Recent or current experience working on a customer service desk is essential to our client at this stage.
For your hard work as a Bodyshop Administrator our client is offering:
Starting hourly rate of up to £11.44 per hour.
22 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays increasing over length of service (pro rata)
Full in-house and system training provided.
