Supply Heroes are working with a renowned Primary School based in Sutton Coldfield who are looking for an Unqualified Teacher to join their team.
The OFSTED rated “outstanding” school lies at the heart of its bustling community and prides itself on providing a caring, a nurturing and supportive environment where children are safe, happy and ready to engage in learning. The school believes that high quality teaching and learning takes place with stimulating activities that are relevant to the needs and interests of the child.
The school are looking to appoint an Unqualified Teacher, to deliver a high standard of teaching across Early Years and Primary Year groups. This role would suit a recent graduate with aspirations to train to be a teacher or a HLTA who may be looking to add a little more responsibility to their role.
Some of the responsibilities will include but not limited too;
* Deliver a high standard of teaching across Early Years and Primary Year groups to cover training and staff absence
* To plan work at the end of the school day
* Support varying needs of children from SEN to Gifted and Talented
* Provide feedback to colleagues and to parents/carers
We are looking for someone who:
* Have a teaching qualification to teach in the UK e.g., PGCE or QTS (ECTs are welcome)
* Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching
* Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
* Confident in the classroom and managing challenging behaviour
* Reliable and trustworthy
* Has a DBS that is on the Update Service or be willing to pay for a new check to be done.
