The role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work very collaboratively with the rest of your colleagues to run an efficient purchase ledger process. Duties include:
Inputting high volume invoices on to the system
Dealing with supplier queries
Supplier statement reconciliations
Working with your colleagues to carry out different parts of the role and turn your attention to priority areas as required
Experience required
Purchase Ledger experience
Happy to multi-task
Data entry (efficient and accurate)
Use of Sage Line 50 is an advantage if used, if not then use of similar systems similar systems
Good knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
Interpersonal skills required
The right attitude and work ethic
Good communicator
Great team player
Qualifications
This would suit someone qualified by experience
Working hours
9am – 5pm – in the office 5 days a week
Remuneration
£24-28K DOE
