OverviewnJoin an internationally renowned charity that prioritises people and has a significant impact through its supported projects. They are embarking on a digital transformation program aimed at modernising their enterprise systems, re-engineering end-to-end processes, and enhancing the value delivered by the finance function.nThis transformation journey will be enabled by implementing Oracle Fusion and adopting best in class use of the system. We are recruiting a P2P Process Lead who will support the business in the design and implementation.nKey ResponsibilitiesnEnd-to-End Process Mapping: Conduct comprehensive mapping of current and future state processes to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with strategic goals.nEfficiency and Automation: Drive efficiency by reducing touch points and implementing automation across the procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.nContinuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative thinking and proactive problem-solving to enhance process adoption and effectiveness.nStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new systems and processes.nTraining and Support: Provide training and support to team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use new tools and processes.nPerformance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on the success of implemented changes.nExperiencenProven experience in leading P2P processes and managing end-to-end process improvements.nStrong understanding of digital transformation and enterprise system change processnExperience implementing P2P processes in Oracle FusionnExcellent project management and leadership skills.nAbility to think strategically and drive continuous improvement initiatives.nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.nAdditional Informationn£650-800/day Inside IR35nHybrid working model, 2 days on site central Londonn6 month contract, immediate start
