Roles & Responsibilities:
Satisfy the business' Factory Production Control requirements against all accredited standards.
Manage production operations-based customer complaints, working closely with process and improvement engineers to eliminate future issues.
Manage documentation control.
Regular operations SOP & QA document reviews. Capable of up-revisions when necessary.
Incoming material control.
Conduct and be responsible to dictate operations internal audits.
Identify trends and highlight suggestions for improvements.
Raise supplier non conformances when required and follow through until resolution.
Investigate INC's raised, organise with production teams if anything is to be replaced.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a Quality Engineer position
Manufacturing experience
Experience dealing with customer complaints, putting in corrective action, dealing with NCRs
Can interpret test data and material behaviors
