Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Door Fitter to join our client in Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation of large industrial doors and possess a keen eye for detail. As an Industrial Door Fitter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of our industrial door systems, providing our clients with reliable and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
Install and fit a variety of industrial doors, including roller shutters, sectional doors, high-speed doors, and more, according to specifications and safety guidelines.
Conduct on-site assessments to determine installation requirements and identify any potential challenges.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of installations.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing industrial door systems as needed.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements:
Proven experience in the installation of industrial doors, with a focus on large-scale projects.
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical proficiency.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
