We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking legal leader to take on the role of Director & Regional Head of Private Client for multiple offices. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Private Client Solicitor who can combine technical expertise with strategic leadership and deliver exemplary client service. What the Role Involves: Provide strategic leadership across multiple offices, guiding teams to consistently deliver first-class client service and operational excellence. Oversee and manage a varied and often complex caseload, covering wills, trusts, estates, and sensitive high-value matters. Shape departmental strategy by making informed decisions that strengthen performance and enhance client outcomes. Support the growth and development of colleagues by identifying training needs, mentoring team members, and ensuring succession planning. Build strong, lasting client relationships while actively contributing to business development and new client acquisition. Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to influence the wider direction of the practice and drive future success. About you: A fully qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with substantial experience in Private Client Highly knowledgeable in estate administration, inheritance tax, trust and estate taxation, complex wills, deeds of variation, and powers of attorney. A genuine leader: intuitive, communicative, empathetic, and capable of motivating and developing your team. A strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset, keen organisational skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Exceptionally well-organised, proactive, and adept at juggling multiple priorities. Comfortable with IT tools such as MS Office and driven by a solutions-oriented approach.
