Office & Events Administrator

Daily Duties & Responsibilities for this role include;
* Managing a variety of events
* Coordinating with speakers, delegates, and sponsors
* Supporting the Head of Operations to ensure smooth running of events
* Liaising with third party vendors, venues and staff
* Prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
* General administration duties
* Setting up virtual and hybrid meeting formats
The successful candidate will be proficient in a variety of IT programmes such the Microsoft Suite, HubSpot, Zoom amongst others. You will have the ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional results. A UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable as some travel may be involved in this role.
