The basics:
Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Melton Mowbray
Industry: Manufacturing
Pay: £50117
Overtime: x1.5
Shift: 6-6 - 42hr week - 4 On, 4 Off (days and nights)
Holidays: 22 days
Benefits: 7% pension, private health, profit share, free parking, staff restaurant, training academy, full induction training, discounted products.
Overview:
With manufacturing facilities located across the UK you will be working in an automated production environment that will involve projects, installations along with planned and reactive maintenance.
Key responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role:
* To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.
* Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns
* PPM's
The ideal candidate / Electrical Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following experiences, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
* Knowledge of safety circuits, Invertors, how relays operate, speed control systems
* A mechanical understanding would be advantageous - gearboxes, pumps, pneumatics
* Knowledge of PLC's advantageous
* Electrically qualified - Must be able to present these at interview
