Calling all corporate banking lawyers


We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading team on an interim basis for 6-12 months. The role will be primarily focussed on leveraged finance, therefore a good understanding of banking and corporate law including in the context of Loan Market Association precedents, US style financing structures along with both top tier and mid-market leveraged finance will be greatly beneficial.


The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in transactional banking, especially in leveraged finance, gained within a private practice finance/banking team. You will be responsible to providing sound advice to the business, this may include discussions on proposed deal structures, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of security, guarantee, financial covenant, subordination and intercreditor issues.


The position will be based in London, with either a December of January start date, and will require hybrid working.
