Venue Sourcing Manager – Creative Events Agency

Location: Surrey (Flex) Salary: £34k-38k

We are looking for a dedicated Venue Souring Manager or Venue Fining Manager for a super cool, creative, and caring client of ours. A full-service engagement agency delivering incredible experiential and meaningful experiences for audiences in virtual, hybrid and live events, strategy, content, production, and technology. They are a communication, engagement, and logistical agency for some of the world’s leading organisations.

If you have worked with Pharma Clients this is a big advantage and any experience of working in Congress Management environment.


As Venue Find Manager , Events Agency you will provide venue sourcing support to the Event management team to meet and exceed the clients objectives for their conferences, meetings, incentives etc


Key responsibilities

• Provide adept and diplomatic support to teams, alongside the AD Operations and Senior Ops Manager, ensuring smooth workflow management amidst various challenges.

• Establish yourself as a valued and credible member of the group, contributing positively to team dynamics and productivity.

• Assist in managing the workflow and timelines for all briefs related to PPT, Creative, and Video, ensuring timely completion.

• Support the daily resourcing and capacity management of the Creative and Film team members, facilitating efficient work allocation.

• Aid in contracting and managing freelance resources, including invoice processing, under the guidance of the Senior Ops Manager.

• Collaborate with client teams to prepare RFPs and proposals, offering necessary support as required.

• Participate in client pitches and presentations, showcasing our capabilities and expertise.

• Attend client meetings, calls, and reviews as necessary, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.

• Liaise with content producers to develop accurate briefs and communicate effectively with integrated service teams, ensuring clarity on project requirements.

• Work closely Operations and Senior Ops Manager to enhance operational policies and procedures, ensuring successful project delivery.

• Review team briefing and debrief meetings, ensuring implementation of best practices across all operational teams.

• Support in implementing, updating, and training teams on operational processes within PROJECT LAB 360, enhancing project efficiency.

• Manage supplier relationships effectively, fostering strong partnerships to ensure project success.

• Ensure consistent sharing of best practices within CPG teams, maintaining high delivery standards across all projects.
