Job Description
To continue the growth of our Brand, we are looking for an experienced make-up artist to join the team based in Flannels Flagship store in Liverpool on a part time 20h per week basis.nThe OpportunitynProvide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special eventsnAssist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases with the brand and throughout the storenWith training provided, we expect you to maintain specialised product knowledge and reinforce the Pat McGrath application techniques with your teamnAccountable for achieving sales goals and maintain consistent and regular appointment bookingsnAnalyse sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goalsnAn expert in cosmetics, you will share your knowledge to provide our customers with exceptional and personalised servicenWork as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience. From sellingand replenishing stock &visual standards, to hosting and relationship building, you understand there ismore to the customer experience than just sellingnManage customer feedback, and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service,sales and retail standardsnAdapt to the challenges that vary from day to day. A flexible role, you may be required to workon different departments, taking your service excellence and collaborative spirit with younUse your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity toexpand your knowledge of products and competitorsnOwn the planning and delivery of in-store eventsnBe confident to lead masterclasses and trainings both one to one and to a groupnReplenish stock as needed and keep testers and counter clean and attractive to ensure the brand is presented at the highest level and hygiene standards are metnAbility to build a clientele and a loyal repeat customer base.nUnderstand and follow health, safety and security procedures, and play an active role inpreventing stock lossnEnsure compliance with all store policies and proceduresnChampion our company culture and values
Qualifications
Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 3years’ experiencenAbility to perform high quality makeup applications that align with the brand service menu is essentialnConfidently connects artistry and education to salesnSocial/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferrednComprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest productsnA great communicator. You will be able to positively engage with all customerswith varying needs and requirementsnWell Informed. You will develop excellent product knowledge by following trends and beingaware of our competitor’s activity, along with taking part in brand trainingnKnown to be a sales and service expert. You’ll use these skills to deliver the extraordinaryeachand everytime and take the initiative to provide additional services where appropriatenFlexible. Responsive to business needs, you are happy and comfortable to take responsibility fortasks that may go beyond the role expectationnA confident coach, and self-driven to upskill and learn. Work with management, trainers and brand artists to learn brand expertise and develop personal artistry skillsnAn example of our values, a trusted and respected colleaguenAble to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
