Role responsibilities / Role requirements for Recruitment Consultant
Resourcing experience within a fast-moving environment.
Account Management of new & existing Clients
Writing and posting job adverts, managing the response, and assessing candidate’s suitability for advertised roles.
Management of the candidate pipeline & candidate attraction.
Manage the end-to-end staffing process implementing sourcing strategies, candidate screening, shortlisting, interviews, negotiating salaries and hourly rates.
Preparing & submitting CVs.
Produce and issue Contracts.
Update Recruitment Database as required.
Collating all documents required and ensuring all pre-employment checks are complete.
Advise on market trends, salaries & hire strategy.
To ensure all duties are compliant with all Company policies, procedures and standards.
Technical Engineering recruitment experience (Other experience would be considered).
