Their Direct Lending (LevFin) Team is expanding, and we are seeking a highly motivated Vice President to join their team. This role will focus on the Benelux region, thus proficiency in Dutch is necessary.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the origination and execution of direct lending transactions across the Benelux region.
  • Prepare management presentations, marketing pitches, and conduct company research.
  • Construct and maintain financial models, including DCF and LBO models.
  • Provide ongoing support for maintaining relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Work closely with senior management to drive the growth of the Benelux portfolio.


Requirements:

  • International Bachelor’s/Master’s/University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with a proven track record in M&A/Corporate Finance transactions.
  • Proficiency in Dutch is essential, French will be considered a major positive.
