Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to start immediately on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for full teaching duties, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children in the early years setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the overall development of the children.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with Ofsted and EYFS requirements.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Early Years, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent).
Proven experience working in an early years setting with full teaching responsibilities.
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and Ofsted standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine passion for working with children.
DBS check (or willingness to undergo a DBS check).Benefits:
