Job Description:


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the Flexcube application according to business needs and requirements.
  • Monitor the EOD batch and identify any anomaly.
  • Organize support/provide support to end user during off working hours whenever required.
  • Provide Production Support.
  • Able to produce all necessary documentation on time.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with minimum direction and management oversight.

Skills Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Programming & Systems Analysis or related course
  • 5+ years of experience in Flexcube Support, Batch monitoring and its workflow
  • Should have Good experience in Flexcube modules like CASA, LM and LOANS
  • Good at Oracle Database PL/SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
