Overview
Atkins Search are currently sourcing for experienced Site Manager due to a role becoming available with a nationwide fit out business based in the East Midlands. This role is to support the established delivery team on a retail/leisure fitout project close to Glasgow Airport.
Client
* Established reputable local/regional contractor.
* manufacture and install in a variety of settings.
* Known for quality of work and
Responsibilities
* Monitoring and enforcing health and safety and quality
* Maintaining programme
* Work to drawings
* Build and maintain client relationships, chairing progress meetings
* Update senior management with progress
Person
* Strong Communication skills.
* Person management/Delegation skills.
* Experience delivering interior fit out projects
* A methodical, professional, and collaborative approach .
* Ability to organise your workload.
* Ability to create a positive and organised site.
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Temporary works.
* Knowledge of contract conditions and law within the industry
* You will have sound commercial awareness with a commitment to health & safety and risk management.
Renumeration
* Competitive Day Rate
* 7-8 week contract
