Principal ResponsibilitiesnManaging cross-functional teams to deliver multiple sales projects effectively.nProviding project management activities for sales campaigns alongside our marketing pushes.nCreating detailed project plans, setting milestones and managing risks.nMonitoring project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.nManaging and allocating resource for sales projects and managing interdependences between client projects.nManaging the budget allocated for sales projects and campaigns, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that expenditures are within budget constraints.nProducing accurate and timely reporting of program status to internal stakeholders.nIdentifying market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape program strategies.nCollaborating with sales representatives to gather feedback and insights for program improvements.nMaintaining open and effective communication with internal stakeholders.nLiaising with events and conferences, including handling presentation content, conference stand bookings, and event sponsorship.nOverseeing content release post-meeting.nSupporting Crux’s continual development by raising any suggestions or ideas you might have for improvement.
What We’re Looking For…
Essential:nA minimum of 3 years’ project management experience with a track-record of delivering successful projects.nStrong organisational and time management skills.nExperience of planning tasks and defining project scope, goals and deliverables.nExcellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate and diplomatic manner.nAbility to communicate ideas and work flexibly within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.nAbility to track project progress and deliver projects on time and within budget.nAbility to address issues as they arise, and both make and drive decisions.nExcellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Desirable:nExperience working within a commercial environment.nAn industry recognised Project Management qualification or certification.
